The Apprenticeship Program for Coaches

This is a 12-month commitment reserved for 2 coaches 100% committed to do the work to create a thriving and impactful coaching practice — and, who are 100% committed to walking their talk as a coach and human.

We partner together, 1-1, and you apply what you are learning to your business in real-time. No theoreticals – all immediate, practical application, learning, taking action and growing your practice and yourself.

You will learn everything I’ve learned from —

• starting [from scratch] and cultivating a thriving, global coaching practice — 17+ years coaching high-level, high-paying clients including CEOs, global sales leaders and executive teams, entrepreneurs, TV producers, professionals and life and business coaches. 

• over nine years of enrollment coaching with Steve Chandler, the ''Godfather of Coaching'', Author of The Prosperous Coach +30 other books.

• three consecutive years of 1-1 mentor coaching with Master Coach and Founder of the CFJ Coaching Success School, Carolyn Freyer Jones.

• professional training and education — credentials include: Certified Soul-Centered Professional Coach, Master of Spiritual Psychology, Dale Carnegie Leadership Training

You will also learn and put into play the following practices —

• Proven enrollment strategies to create clients through serving verses selling and how to cultivate relationships anchored in service.

• We’ll identify where you have please-pleasing and fear-based patterns in your thinking and behaviors – and transform them so that you lead and serve as a bold, inspiring coach.

• How to stop comparing yourself to other coaches and stand authentically in the fullest expression of your gifts.

• How to structure your business, set and communicate your fees, track billings, and access your creativity to build your thriving practice.

• We’ll role-play your critical conversations and ‘run game-film’ on your enrollment conversations and coaching sessions.

You are also required to create a vision and plan for your business and your life — and to identify 2 additional key areas outside of your business which are meaningful to you and to which you are committed to transforming.

Engagement 

• 1-1, 3-hour, deep dive launch + bi-monthly, 90 minute laser-focused, content filled coaching sessions 

• Unlimited access to me on email so you get coached by me when you need it. 

• Bonus Coaching. We get on the phone when a rare situation comes up that requires immediate action and we work through the issue together. 

• Option to convert one of your coaching sessions into a deep in-person extended coaching session with me in New Orleans.I can’t wait to give you everything I’ve got as a person, coach, enroller and business owner.

The Co-Creator Coaches Boutique

A 9-week, 90 minutes per session, lasered group coaching engagement where you will learn the art of enrollment, how to get clients by serving verses selling, identify where you please vs boldly serve, how to stop comparing yourself to other coaches and stand authentically in the fullest expression of your gifts, how to structure your business and set and communicate your fees, what to do when you have a challenging client .. and more.  This will be hands-on experiential coaching. No theoreticals - all immediate practical application and learning.
